MYA做种时间咨询

做种时间72个小时，可以间断
规则上说
You can turn your computer on and off whenever you wish! File seeding will resume at the point it left off as soon as you are connectable again BUT DO REMEMBER that if your computer is on for, 8 hours a day this means you must seed for 9 days规则上说：可以间断做种，一天做种8个小时，要做9天种。
我想问一下，这72个小时做种时间要在过长的期限内完成呢？
英文太差了，翻译不出来，谷歌翻译，irc问管理员
